The good. The bad. The ugly.

 

Amanda came into our program in May of 2023 with the goal of wanting to be strong enough to move furniture by herself, never anticipating a 30 lb weight LOSS.

The most impressive part?! She did this all while juggling a full time job, a torn ACL, surgery, recovery, physical therapy, and a month pause for personal reasons. She has continued to focus on her goals and work hard even when the road in front of her had many obstacles.

Over the last 15+ months, Amanda has gone from eating 1900 calories to now consuming 2400 calories and has DRASTICALLY been able to transform her body composition without ever having to cut her calories.

Amanda has worked diligently to overcome mental and physical barriers that might otherwise have held her back. Amanda has been honest while working with coach Julia about all of her struggles, changes in her goals, and things she is both comfortable and uncomfortable with.  

Amanda has demonstrated her ability to trust the process and accept that perfection is not attainable or expected, rather balance and consistency over time is what makes her victorious.

Not just physical results.

There is no question that our girl Brandi has achieved amazing physical results. 

However, her mental changes are what she recognizes as her biggest accomplishment. 

Brandi has overcome so many obstacles to be where she is today and it has been such an honor to cheer her on while she has found her strength, independence, and confidence through this program.

Meg came into coaching with the goals of weight loss and feeling confident in her skin and has been on her journey for 2 years

Needless to say, she is far exceeding in her journey. Meg has been putting in the WORK in the gym, increasing her daily activity, and learning all things nutrition.

The best part?? She is making this progress while taking vacations and still enjoying foods she loves.
