Morgan.

My name is Morgan Thrush and I am the owner of and coach for M Power Fitness / M Power Coaching

 

A little about who I am…

I grew up in an active household and adopted that lifestyle, but started to get serious about my fitness journey over 5 years ago!

I am a dog mom to two GSP’s and engaged to my high school sweetheart! I currently live in Pennsylvania where my physical gym, M Power Fitness, is located

 

When I started my journey, I was doing what I thought were all the “right” things, but actually ended up hurting my physical & mental health putting my goals further away.

I spent too much time in the gym, worried about eating anything that was not tracked, and had a terrifying relationship to the scale. 

Going through what I have, getting certified in personal training / nutrition, and reaching my own goals just pushed me further into this passion.

I cannot wait to work with you and help you find your confidence, reach your goals, and live without restriction!

Hi, my name is Julia and I am so thankful to be an online coach for M Power Coaching.

My main goal in my job is to help you as a woman, feel strong, confident, empowered, and equipped to live a healthy, and balanced lifestyle. I especially love to help mothers present and future reclaim their bodies and confidence.

Just because we are women and we can have children, doesn’t mean we have to stop setting goals for ourselves!

A little bit about me:

My husbands name is Christian and our son is Miles! We also have a husky named Niko, he’s a diva. I love to read, cook, bake sourdough, and play volleyball when I get the chance!

For more on my fitness journey:

I have always been involved in sports and fitness. I played 4 years of college volleyball while I earned my bachelors of science in nursing before working in an ER.

Just a few years out of school, I found out that I was pregnant. I wasn’t exactly ready for that stage in my life, though I knew I’d always want kids. I struggled mentally with how having a baby would affect my body and mindset, and I worried about how I’d have time to do the things I loved with a baby to take care of.

It was not and has not been without struggle, but there is a way to find balance and that’s exactly what I did. Being a mom is the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and now I know that I can still have a strong mind and body post birth as well as a balanced lifestyle while raising a child! I am confident that I can help you do the same.

I can’t wait to start working with you. To help you see that you are more than just “mom”, more than just a vessel for childbirth.

You are a unique, strong, empowered and capable woman, and you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to.
